HOW JOELLE VINTAGE STARTED

Casual pandemic hobby turned semi-accidental passion project.

While the world was collectively busy baking banana bread, going on family walks, and learning TikTok dances, I was scrounging up items in my closet, around my house, and in my parents' basement to sell on Facebook marketplace, for the sole purpose of finding something to do.

Turning it into an actual retail store? Well, that part was semi-accidental. I'd sold everything I owned (kidding, kinda) on Facebook Marketplace, and I thought that was that... until my grandmother moved out of her house and gifted me an entire inventory of amazing vintage finds. The rest is history.
